A Resource Space for You
Whether you’re a current client or someone interested in working together, I created this space as a resource you can return to whenever I’m out of the office, unavailable, or simply not able to connect right away.
Below you’ll find a growing collection of tools, resources, and recommendations related to the areas I specialize in. I’ll occasionally add to and update this page as I come across new tools, local resources, and other things I think may be useful to you.
I make every effort to keep the therapist referrals and resources on this page current; however, information such as availability, insurance participation, fees, services, contact information, and other details may change without notice. Resources and organizations may also change or discontinue services. Please contact providers or organizations directly to confirm current information. Inclusion on this page does not constitute an endorsement or guarantee that a provider or resource will be the right fit for you.
Consider this your space to explore and use whenever you wish, whether you’re looking for support between sessions, need a helpful resource, or just want to see what’s available to you.
Take care and I hope you find this space helpful!
