Maybe it’s been a while since you’ve felt fully present—able to pause, take a breath, and just be. You have a sense of what you want from life, but past experiences can make it hard to move forward. Old patterns, self-doubt, and the pressure to always get it right to feel heavy.
At some point, you realize that carrying all of this isn’t sustainable. You want to let go of some of these old burdens, to reconnect with the present, and to create space for a future that feels more like your own—where you define who you are on your terms.
Together, we can explore how your past has shaped your present, and how you’d like to move forward. Our work will be a collaborative process - creating a space where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences at your own pace. You are the expert on your life; my role is to walk alongside you as a support on your journey.
When I am not working…
I love trying new recipes and cooking meals for my loved ones, reading, listening to podcasts, anything that includes getting to move my body, and trying to convince my dog to cuddle with me.
